September 2009 Cristina Minoya Perez was appointed as Director of Legal &
Regulatory Affairs in Vodafone Portugal.
Prior to becoming Director of Legal & Regulatory, she served from 2000 to 2009 as the Head of Legal in Vodafone Portugal. During her tenure as the Head of the Legal Department, she had a key position in setting up and consolidating a team with senior, expert and talented lawyers focused on assisting the business in delivering successfully its goals.
Before joining Vodafone Portugal, she accrued 3 years of experience as a Lawyer in the Portuguese Law Firm Grupo Legal Português, part of Simmons&Simmons English Law Firm, working in Competition and European Law.
Cristina Minoya Perez holds a Degree in Law at the Universidade Católica de Lisboa (1987-1992) and a LLM from Collége d'Europe (1992-1993). She further holds a Degree in Telecommunications Law at Universidade de Coimbra in Portugal (1997-1998).
